SQCC is the OSM Group's centralized R&D, manufacturing, procurement and supply management organization, located central to the southern China production base in Dongguan, China.
SQCC employs ~450 people excluding operators at OSM Technologies. SQCC is made up of four parts:
- SQCC Manufacturing
- IPC- International Procurement Center
- OSM Technologies
- OFC- Order Fulfillment Center
SQCC Manufacturing:
SQCC Manufacturing is a wholly owned OSM Group manufacturing facility for accessory solutions. The factory covers ~50% of OSM's capacity in these areas.
IPC- International Procurement Center:
IPC handles the procurement and production management of OSM Group's outsourced manufacturing.
OSM Technologies:
A joint venture where OSM Group has a controlling stake. The factory has in-house tooling, plastic injection, decoration, IML, clean room and assembly facilities. OSM Technologies employs ~700 staff.
OFC- Order Fulfillment Center (Based in Hong Kong):
OFC is centralized supply management function within the OSM Group.
